החזרות והחלפת פריטים - Returns & Refund

 

החלפת פריטים:

החלפת פריטים אפשרית עד 14 ימים ממועד הגעת המשלוח ובתנאי שהפריט הגיע אלינו פיזית בזמן זה.

כדי להחליף פריט הוא חייב להיות באריזה המקורית שלו, עם התווית ויתקבל רק אם לא נעשה בו כל שימוש ועם קבלה/חשבונית.

אנא צרי איתנו קשר באחת מהדרכים המפורטות להלן וצייני את שמך המלא, דרך ליצור איתך קשר, מספר ההזמנה והסיבה להחזרה. ניצור איתך קשר להמשך התהליך.

במקרה של פריטי הנחה/מכירה, ניתן לבטל את העסקה עד 2 ימי עסקים ממועד הגעת המשלוח.

הפריט חייב להיות באריזה המקורית שלו, עם התווית ויתקבל רק אם לא נעשה בו שימוש כלל ועם קבלה/חשבונית.

ההחלפה יכולה להתבצע בסטודיו/חנות שלנו בשעות הפעילות ולאחר שיצרת איתנו קשר או בדואר. מומלץ להשתמש בשירות משלוחים ולא בדואר ישראל עקב תקלות רבות. את יכולה ליצור איתנו קשר ונמליץ לך על שירות משלוחים מוזל.

לאחר שנקבל את הפריט נבדוק שהוא אינו פגום או היה בשימוש וניצור עמך קשר.

דמי המשלוח אינם ניתנים להחזר.

 

לאחר שהפריט יגיע אלינו ישלח לך קופון זיכוי על הסכום לקניה באתר.

על הפריט החדש יחולו דמי משלוח.

 

זיכוי כספי:

אם ברצונך לקבל החזר על הפריט, עליך לעדכן אותנו בטלפון עד 2 ימי עסקים ממועד הגעת המשלוח והפריט חייב להגיע אלינו תוך 14 ימי עסקים מיום קבלתו. קבלת ההחזר ניתנת לאחר שנדאג שלא נעשה שימוש בפריט.

ההחזר יחול על הפריטים בלבד ולא על עלויות המשלוח.

ביטול עסקה באשראי כרוך בתשלום דמי ביטול בסך 5% מהעסקה או 100 ₪, הנמוך מביניהם, ובהתאם להוראות סעיף 14 ה (ב) לחוק הגנת הצרכן התשמ"א -1981.

פריטים שעברו התאמות מיוחדות אינם ניתנים להחלפה ואו החזר.

Returns & Refund

 

Item exchange:

 

• Item exchange is possible up to 14 days from the date the shipment has arrived.

• To replace an item it must be in its original packaging, with the label and will only be accepted if it has not been used at all and with a receipt/invoice.

 

• Please contact us in one of the ways listed on the below and state your full name, a way to contact you, order number and the reason for the return. We will contact you to continue the process.

 

• In the case of discounted/sale items, the transaction can be canceled up to 2 business days from the date shipment has arrived.

 

• item must be in its original packaging, with the label and will only be accepted if it has not been used at all and with a receipt/invoice.

• Replacement can be done in our studio/store during business hours and after you have contacted us or by mail.

• After we receive the item we will check that it is not damaged or used and we will contact you.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

• In the event of a replacement item you will be charged the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Refund:

 

• If you want to receive a refund for the item, you must update us by phone up to 2 business days from the arrival of the shipment and the item must reach us within 14 business days of receiving it. Receipt of the refund is provided after we make sure that no use is made of the item.

• Refund will apply to the items only and not to the shipping costs.

• Cancellation of a transaction involves the payment of a cancellation fee for the sum of 5% of the transaction or 100NIS, whichever is lower, and in accordance with the provisions of section 14E (b) of the Consumer Protection Law 5741-1981.
